  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to oil and gas matters.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania.
  • 1-5 years of experience drafting title opinions in relevant states.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex legal problems.
