Duties:

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload, emphasizing general litigation matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to formulate effective case strategies.
• Utilize securities/FINRA experience to enhance legal support, if applicable.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience, with a significant focus on litigation.
• Exposure to securities/FINRA matters is advantageous.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in New York.
