The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation. M&A experience is beneficial. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent professional recommendations, are required for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Manage debt and equity capital market deals
  • Oversee public and private securities offerings
  • Facilitate joint ventures and other corporate transactions
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and disclosures
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve business objectives

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
  • Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
  • M&A experience is helpful
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent professional recommendations
  • Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

 

Skills:
