  • Advise on tax planning strategies
  • Assist with tax-related aspects of transactions and investments
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working on tax matters with federal and state elements
  • Significant expertise in partnership taxation, mergers, and acquisitions, or real estate tax considerations
  • Knowledge of state and local tax laws (preferred)
  • Experience with tax-exempt organizations (preferred)
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Bar admission required

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
  • Bar Admission
