Position: Legal Technology Manager - Tax Technology Consulting (TTC)
Salary: $108,430 - $246,870 (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Multiple locations (see below)

Position Summary:

- Join a growing team at Deloitte Tax LLP that is at the forefront of legal technology transformation.
- As a Legal Technology Manager, you will work with a team to optimize legal processes and implement technology solutions for clients.
- This is an opportunity to help position Deloitte as a leader in legal technology.
- Hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- Limited travel (up to 50%) based on client needs and industry/sector served.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Work with a team to optimize legal processes and implement technology solutions.
- Identify, design and leverage technology and innovative solutions to address legal department needs.
- Provide training and support for day-to-day activities and process changes.
- Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall, maintaining relationships and serving clients holistically.
- Perform role of counselor and coach, participate in staffing process and retention activities.
- Develop and maintain contacts, organize and lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Ability to work within a hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- Experience with legal software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs and industry/sector served.
- One of the following accreditations obtained: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, paralegal certification, or technical certifications such as Six Sigma or MCSD.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in related field.
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide/playbook creation, and design of contracting processes.
