New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration attorney with 5+ years of EB5 experience. The candidate will do preparation of Source of Funds Documentation. Preparation and Filing of Form I-526. Preparation and Filing of Form I-829. Preparation and filing of other related forms in relation to the EB-5 visa, for example but not limited to Form I-485. Work directly with clients, partners and D&A Employees to effectively and successfully work on the above areas of focus, producing excellent work product, and providing minimal chances of RFE's.
