  • Lead and actively participate in in-person client meetings, demonstrating excellent client relationship skills.
  • Collaborate with senior partners on complex estate planning matters.
  • Provide legal advice on trust and estate administration, as well as fiduciary taxation.
  • Conduct legal research analysis and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Handle estate and trust disputes, if necessary.
  • Review and oversee the work of junior associates and paralegals.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
  • Expertise in drafting a wide range of estate planning documents.
  • Proven ability to address the unique planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong client relationship skills with experience in leading client meetings.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
