The candidate will perform patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and/or non-infringement analyses, including claim chart construction as applicable. Draft post-grant documents (., petitions, replies) outlining technical arguments. Advise post-grant and patent litigation teams based on the technical and scientific areas of expertise. Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients. Should have an advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a closely-related field. Should ideally be admitted to the USPTO.
