  • Work on sophisticated and complex finance transactions on behalf of middle-market clients.

  • Receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with all aspects of complex financing and acquisition transactions on both the borrower and lender sides.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of law firm experience.
  • Licensed to practice since 2019 or earlier.
  • Prior experience in structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mentality and a motivated self-starter.
  • Strong credentials in finance law.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law.

 

Skills:
