Duties:

• Provide employment counseling and litigation support before federal and state courts and government agencies.
• Counsel employers on labor and employment law issues.
• Conduct witness interviews and investigations.
• Draft position statements and prepare employee handbooks and policies.
• Draft employment agreements and separation agreements.
• Manage employment-related litigation cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Membership in The Florida Bar.
• 3-5 years of labor and employment defense experience.

Skills:

• Solid experience in labor and employment defense.
