A law firm in Arlington is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess a current license to practice law in Texas, exceptional academic credentials, and strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Judicial clerkship experience, along with mock trial or moot court involvement, is highly preferred. The successful candidate should also exhibit highly developed interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mentality.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and resolution.
• Provide legal advice to clients and engage in client interactions.
• Utilize highly developed interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.

Experience:

2-8 years of litigation experience.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice law in Texas.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Education:
