Duties:

• Independently handle commercial litigation cases, overseeing all aspects from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements when applicable.
• Provide legal advice on commercial litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in commercial litigation practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education:

Certifications:
