Duties:

  • Compile and maintain case files, ensuring adherence to court requirements.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, working in their best interest and overcoming obstacles.
  • Gather, analyze, and study evidence to strengthen cases.
  • Possess a background in both civil law and workers’ compensation law.
  • Preferably,  have administrative and managerial experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Utilize skills of persuasion and negotiation for effective representation.
  • Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Be detail-oriented in case management and documentation.
  • Exhibit strong computer skills and competency.

Education and Certification:

  • Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited university.
  • An active member in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar.
  • Dual licensure in the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana is a plus.
