Job Overview:

The Insurance Defense Attorney will be responsible for handling civil cases from inception through trial, including but not limited to conducting depositions, attending oral arguments and hearings, negotiating settlements, and providing regular updates to clients.

Duties:

  • 12+ years of experience practicing law.

  • Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Current license to practice law in Florida; additional licensure in other states is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar; additional admissions to other state bars preferred.
