You will also provide legal advice on firm-wide FinTech, digital and outsourcing initiatives, and related policies, as well as interpret legislative and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve constant multitasking and prioritizing, as well as interacting with people at all levels. Your Team: You will be part of the Group Contracting and Technology Legal team, based in the Americas Region. This team covers a broad range of areas including Vendor Contracting, FinTech, Corporate Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Management, and Outsourcing, Nearshoring, and Offshoring. Your Expertise: To be successful in this role, you should have a JD degree and be admitted to the Bar in the state where you will be based. You should also have at least 3 years of legal experience in technology contracting, with a strong understanding of software, hardware, Saas, fintech, sponsorship, licensing, telecom, and market data. Familiarity with Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity, and Privacy issues is also preferred. You should have experience in multitasking and prioritizing, and have previously worked in either law firms or in-house. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a leading role in transactions are also important for this role.
