A law firm located in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions, counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters, prepare exposure analysis, conduct settlement negotiations, and consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

Duties:

• Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions.
• Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters.
• Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations.
• Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in the state of New Jersey.

Education:

• Continuing Legal Education at no cost to team members.

Certifications:

One Bar Admission and one Specialty Bar Admission.
