Job Description:

The Tax Senior Associate – Private Client Services role at Andersen Tax LLC offers a rewarding career path for exceptional, motivated, and entrepreneurial individuals. With a favorable Managing Director to Associate ratio, you will receive hands-on mentoring from firm leaders who prioritize your growth and development.

This role involves managing and supporting a team on multiple engagements for a wide range of sophisticated clients, including some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts and Estates. As a Senior Associate, you can expect to review and prepare complex tax returns, engage in tax planning and consulting, collaborate with the engagement team to identify and research complex client issues, and draft technical tax memoranda. You will also have the opportunity to provide regular updates to clients, assist in project management, and supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns.

In this role, you will also receive formal PCS and on-the-job training from top tax leaders to learn more about legislative changes, wealth transfer techniques, charitable giving strategies, buy/sell agreement planning, and more. We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant tax experience, a Bachelor’s and/or relevant advanced degree, and an advanced credential or desire to obtain one (. CPA or JD). The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency in technology is also required.
