• Assist clients with basic estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate and estate planning matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in real estate and estate planning.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of practice experience in representing clients in standard real estate transactions and basic estate planning.
• Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
