Project Attorney (24-month term) position in the Adult Survivors Act Unit at the New York State Attorney General's Office

- Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation, drafting pleadings and papers, motion practice, discovery, and representing the State of New York at mediation and trial
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of legal experience, including civil and/or criminal trial experience
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State and be a US citizen
- Commitment to a 2-year term is required
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills required
- Experience with sexual assault cases is a plus
