Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.
  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial leasing.
  • Proven experience in high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.
