The attorney will handle a diverse docket involving both civil and criminal cases, including cybersecurity and digital privacy class actions, commercial and employment disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions. The role includes investigative work related to cyber incident response, crisis management, and various internal and regulatory investigations. Additionally, the attorney will provide advisory services to clients on cybersecurity, privacy, social media, Internet speech, cybercrime, and white-collar issues.

Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients in litigation matters encompassing cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech, cybercrime, white-collar crime, intellectual property theft, commercial disputes, and employment issues.
  • Manage a diverse litigation docket, including civil and criminal cases, cybersecurity and digital privacy class actions, commercial and employment disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions.
  • Conduct investigations related to cyber incident response, crisis management, and internal, regulatory, grand jury, and congressional investigations.
  • Provide legal counsel and advisory services on cybersecurity, privacy, social media, Internet speech, cybercrime, and white-collar issues.
  • Handle pleadings, motions, and discovery in pre-trial litigation.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of civil, class action, criminal, or regulatory litigation experience.
  • Cyber incident response experience or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
  • A strong academic record, including a . from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
  • Law review, judicial clerkship, or other comparable experience.
  • Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or Delaware, or the ability to waive into practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong interest in the intersection of law and technology (ideal).
  • Desire to develop substantive expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, social media, Internet speech, cybercrime, and white-collar issues (an asset).
  • Exceptional project management skills (a plus).
  • Significant pre-trial experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery (ideal).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications:
