As a land use attorney with 7+ years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and make a real impact in the field of land use law.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all types of land use applications, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, site plan review applications, subdivisions, short plats, shoreline permits, temporary use permits, and critical areas permits. You will also have the opportunity to communicate and negotiate with planning staff and other regulatory personnel to assist in project approvals, as well as handle land use appeals to local decisionmakers, state boards, and courts.

In addition, you will utilize your expertise in drafting development agreements, covenants, easements, and boundary-line adjustments for both public and private projects. Our experienced land use attorneys have a deep understanding of the government process and know how to use their relationships to successfully and efficiently navigate it on behalf of our clients.
