You will also have the opportunity to communicate and negotiate with planning staff and other regulatory personnel to assist in project approvals, as well as handle land use appeals to local decisionmakers, state boards, and courts. In addition, you will utilize your expertise in drafting development agreements, covenants, easements, and boundary-line adjustments for both public and private projects.
