Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property law.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills:

  • Litigation experience, preferably in first-party property law.
  • Legal research and writing proficiency.
