Duties:

• Conduct legal research on various topics related to insurance law and litigation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Assist with case preparation, including gathering evidence, organizing documents, and preparing for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of insurance law and litigation.
• Experience in drafting legal documents.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• Experience in insurance law is a plus.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred.
