Woburn office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a seasoned estate planning attorney with 5+ years of experience in estate planning law, with a focus on leadership roles. The candidate will lead, oversee, and assign work to the legal staff, ensuring high-quality and timely legal services. Will act as the go-to person for all legal inquiries within the firm. Handle high-level client issues and concerns, collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure client satisfaction. Participate in the firm's leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. This includes participation in our business leadership coaching process. Assist in hiring and training new lawyers and legal staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. Communicate with attorneys during Quarterly Meetings, providing updates and discussing strategic goals and initiatives. Regular duties of staff attorneys at the Firm. Oversee major or complex estate planning cases, ensuring efficient and effective handling. Represent the firm at professional, business, and community events to enhance its reputation and develop relationships. Work with the leadership team to develop, implement, and enforce firm policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee risk management activities, including professional liability, conflicts of interest, and other potential risks. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business and client development strategies. Conduct performance reviews of attorneys and other legal staff. Assist with internal disputes within the firm. Strong understanding and experience with the EOS or similar strategic planning systems are essential. Must have admission to the Massachusetts Bar and be in good standing.
