Duties:

  • Manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing agreements, and development agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and title examinations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
  • Represent clients in real estate negotiations, mediation, and litigation as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions, focusing on acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing.
  • Experience representing developers in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry preferred.
  • Juris has a doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Membership in The Florida Bar.

Education:

  • Juris doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership in The Florida Bar.
