Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior oil, gas and resources finance associate attorney with 4-7 years of finance transactions experience in the energy and commodities industries. The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should have experience negotiating and drafting finance documents and working with standard industry forms (including, LSTA and LMA forms). Specific experience with project development and/or construction in the energy space and related finance experience is a plus. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of a State Bar.
