Law firm Hogan Lovells is seeking a highly skilled Corporate/M&A lawyer with four to eight years of experience to join its Denver office. The Corporate team in Denver is consistently ranked as a top practice in Chambers USA and has closed over 100 transactions worth over $50 billion in 2021. The incoming associate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients and transactions of the Denver office
- Work on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Represent both strategic clients and financial sponsors
- Supervise corporate associates and subject matter specialists
- Handle complex joint venture transactions, venture capital financings, and minority investment transactions

Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of law firm experience in a high-volume M&A practice
- Strong academic credentials and substantive drafting experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients
- Experience in complex transactions is a plus
- and bar membership in the United States

Salary Information:

- Annual salary range of $310,000 to $435,000, depending on experience and job-related factors
- Eligible for discretionary or hours-based bonus
- Eligible for firm's fringe benefits
