The ideal candidate will excel in drafting legal briefs, conducting legal research, and engaging in various litigation tasks, including representing clients in securities and complex commercial litigation cases.

Duties:

• Represent clients in securities and complex commercial litigation cases.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Conduct complex legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Engage in written discovery and document production.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct witness interviews.
• Provide support to partners and senior attorneys as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including briefs and motions.
