The role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, a New York State law license, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business and corporate law.

Job Duties:

• Handle complex legal matters such as purchase, master, sale, and distribution agreements.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide guidance and support on corporate policies and governance matters.
• Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal and business support during the merger and acquisition process.
• Develop and interpret contract documents.
• Assist in resolving contract disputes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in New York State to practice law.
