# Real Estate Staff Attorney - West Coast Offices

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is hiring a staff attorney to join its Affordable Housing team in one of its West Coast offices. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently to join a collegial and fast-paced team.

## Job Requirements

* Minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, lending, finance, real estate joint ventures and land development projects
* Emphasis on lender side financing experience, affordable housing, and prior law firm experience
* Strong title and survey experience
* Ability to work with paralegals

* Excellent writing skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Track record of responsiveness
* Positive professional references
