  • Collaborate with clients, inventors, and internal teams to identify patent opportunities and strategies
  • Stay updated on relevant patent laws, regulations, and industry trends
  • Handle other legal tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or Biomedical (with an electrical or software focus)
  • 2+ years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house
  • Experience with portfolio management
  • Preference is given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in specified technical areas
  • Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus
