The ideal candidate should be admitted to The Florida Bar, possess solid research and writing skills, and demonstrate a drive to develop marketing skills. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a professional work ethic, effective decision-making abilities, strong organizational and people skills, and proficiency in case strategy planning.

Duties:

• Conduct trial preparation activities, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing evidence
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Develop and implement case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff on case matters
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal developments
• Participate in marketing and business development activities for the firm

Requirements:

• Admission to The Florida Bar
• Trial and trial preparation experience preferred

Education and Certifications:
