Duties:

  • Represent corporate clients in the health care industry in various transactional and corporate matters.
  • Provide legal counsel and support on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews in connection with transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate transactions and business operations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting the health care sector.
  • Support and enhance the firm's health care practice across its platform.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate and M&A transactional work.
  • Exposure to clients in the health care industry preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Portable and growing book of business, while not required, will be favorably regarded.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Skills:
