Job Description:

- The Executive Office for . Trustees (EOUST) law interns will work in-person in the Washington, DC office and assist the Director and Deputy Director for Field Operations with various projects and studies related to consumer and chapter 11 bankruptcy law.
- Field Office law interns will work in one of the 89 field offices located throughout the country and assist attorneys with various tasks related to bankruptcy cases.
- Successful candidates will be second- and third-year law students with excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fairness and integrity.
- This is a great opportunity for students interested in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation.
