Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 Job Title: Private Client Advisor II Experience: 12+ years of private banking/complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience Responsibilities: - Lead the client management process (CMP) to identify new business development opportunities. - Source new clients in alignment with established risk appetite. - Provide a branded client experience (BCE) by partnering with the enterprise and accessing the full array of Private Bank and Bank of America capabilities and services. - Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences, and adapt to changes in the business environment. - Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, offering integrated recommendations for wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. - Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience. - Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
