The ideal candidate should have experience representing registered investment advisers, family offices, private funds, and financial sponsors on formation, regulatory, operational, compliance, and transactional matters, including representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions involving wealth managers, investment advisers, and other RIAs. Should also have experience with private placements, middle market fund formation, and ongoing compliance matters, as well as broker-dealer formation, regulation, and compliance. A portable book of business of $500,000 is preferred.
