The Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will handle various aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including legal analysis, research, drafting, client representation, and trial preparation.   • Conduct extensive legal research

  • Prepare for trials and attend as necessary

  • 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation law; experience in other practice areas is a plus

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia; admission in other states is advantageous
