Corporate/Transactions Associate The candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in transactional and corporate law including: mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial real estate, corporate law, or secured finance. A background and familiarity with tax law are a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Vermont or be eligible for admission. Admission to practice in New Hampshire is a plus. Should have exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work. Should have an enthusiastic approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be a true team player.
