Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of law firm or clerkship experience.
  • Extensive experience in tax and transactional matters.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Admission to practice in the state.
  • Prior employment in a law firm environment is preferred.
  • Excellent academic background.
  • Experience with private equity and venture capital.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice in the state.
