## Job Description
Law Firm is looking for a Labor and Employment Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Practice in the Bridgeport, WV office. The successful candidate will have labor and employment experience commensurate with time in practice, strong writing and analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials. is required.

## Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice, counsel, and representation to clients on labor and employment matters
* Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local laws
* Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Represent clients in administrative proceedings
* Handle litigation involving labor and employment matters

## Qualifications
* Juris Doctorate (JD)
* 3+ years of labor and employment experience

* Strong writing and analytical skills
* Excellent academic credentials
