The ideal candidate should possess a valid license to practice law from the Florida Bar Association and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in family law. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and debating skills are essential, and the candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

Duties:

• File legal documents related to family law cases.
• Attend court proceedings and represent clients effectively.
• Participate in mediation sessions to facilitate settlements.
• Offer valuable legal advice to clients regarding family law matters.
• Oversee and manage legal issues within the same family.
• Supervise and direct mediation sessions.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive case records.
• Collaborate with support staff to prepare extensive case briefs for trial.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences.
• Respond promptly to the urgent needs of clients.
• Attend trials and court proceedings to advocate for clients.

Requirements:

• License to practice law from the Florida Bar Association.
