  • Ideally, possess court appearance and deposition experience, including taking and defending depositions.
  • Handle substantive work on wage, hour, and/or employment class action/PAGA matters.
  • Conduct employment counseling activities with a focus on management-side representation.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, preferably with exposure to employment law matters.
  • Experience with brief writing, discovery management, and, ideally, court appearances and depositions.
  • Prior experience with wage and hour and/or employment class action/PAGA matters is highly desirable.
  • Employment counseling experience with a management-side law firm.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • JD degree (or equivalent).
  • Admitted to the bar in California and in good standing, or taking steps to become admitted in California.
