  • 4-8 years of experience handling defense of general liability and property claims.
  • Superior court knowledge and experience in arguing cases.
  • Experience drafting briefs and pleadings.
  • Experience taking and defending depositions.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Westlaw and/or Lexis.
  • Trial experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
