Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a top-tier law firm in Seattle, is seeking a highly experienced employment litigation associate to join its dynamic employment law practice. With a minimum of three years' experience in employment litigation, particularly class actions, and a strong understanding of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive employment practice in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position is based in the Seattle office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling employment litigation matters, with a focus on class action cases and some single-plaintiff matters
- Providing counsel and legal advice to clients on employment law matters
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Maintaining a strong understanding of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional client service

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years' experience in employment litigation, preferably with a focus on class actions
- Member or pending member of the Washington State Bar
- Strong understanding of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In addition to a competitive salary range of $205,000 - $330,000 (annualized), the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
