Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide accurate advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, for submission to relevant tax authorities and courts.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for effective defense in tax disputes.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and precedents that may impact client cases.
• Engage in negotiations with tax authorities to resolve disputes and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
