They must also possess strong communication skills and be able to delegate tasks to their paralegal. Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of family law cases from start to finish
- Draft legal documents quickly and accurately
- Effectively argue in court
- Conduct thorough research on case and statutory law
- Communicate clearly with clients and delegate tasks to paralegal

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family law
- Proven ability to handle a full caseload
- Strong drafting, arguing, and research skills
- Self-motivated and organized
