The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of patent litigation experience, be an active member of the State Bar, and possess excellent writing skills and academic credentials. This role requires conducting complex legal analysis, effective communication with clients, attorneys, and staff, and active participation in a team-oriented environment.

Job Duties:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of patent litigation cases, including research, legal brief preparation, and client counseling.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Engage in the drafting of legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Assist with the management of client relationships and case files.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and maintain a high level of expertise in patent law.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (advanced degree preferred for life sciences).
• 3-4 years of patent litigation experience.
• Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
