The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and a keen interest in building a career in the construction industry. The role involves handling construction litigation matters, including claims related to construction defects, delay, design negligence, breach of contract, and payment disputes. Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing and research skills, and the ability to establish robust client and peer relationships are essential.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents related to construction litigation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and peers on case strategy.
• Provide legal counsel on construction-related matters.
• Join the Construction group of the law firm.
• Handle construction litigation matters, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Interest in building a career in the construction industry.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
