Job Description:

- Full-time position as an Insurance Defense Attorney at Liberty Mutual in San Antonio, TX
- Responsible for representing clients in moderately complex civil litigation matters involving insurance claims for damages or personal injuries
- Manage entire legal process, from investigation to trial, and negotiate settlements as required
- Conduct research and develop legal strategies for all stages of litigation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and conduct training sessions for various departments
- Draft legal documents and provide guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

- Must be a member of the Texas Bar
- Special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting various legal proceedings
